Workshop 3: Library as a Place for Collaboration

By UC Davis Library

Date and time

Tuesday, October 25, 2016 · 3:30 - 6pm PDT

Location

Shields Library

100 NW Quad First Floor Conference Room Davis, CA 95616

Description

How might the Library become your destination for collaboration?

We’ll discuss elements of successful collaboration and explore how the Library can support collaboration through its spaces, technology, programs, and services.

  • Do you or others in your office spend most days collaborating with others? If you are a student, do you meet for group projects or study groups?
  • Do you struggle to find spaces to connect and collaborate productively?
  • Do you have ideas for how the Library can become a hub of collaboration for the research, academic, and student communities?

Share your ideas and learn what other libraries are doing to foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
